1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by u9agent through the website https://u9agent.onl, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the u9agent platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and u9agent as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after an amended version of the terms is published will be taken as acceptance of the latest version.

2. User Eligibility

u9agent opens its services only to users who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not a citizen or permanent resident of a country that prohibits online gambling.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period imposed voluntarily or by an authority.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or business entity without written authorisation.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Opening multiple accounts in your own name or in the name of others is prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, users must provide true, accurate, and complete information including full name, valid MyKad or passport number, active email address, and a reachable mobile number. The information provided must match valid identification documents.

• Passwords must be kept confidential and not shared with any party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

u9agent accepts deposits and withdrawals through approved payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum limits in effect are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within one hour once verification is complete.

u9agent reserves the right to suspend withdrawals that require further investigation to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policy. This process may require additional supporting documents from the user.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by u9agent are subject to specific wagering requirements. Users who accept any bonus agree to the following conditions:

• Welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500.
• The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Example: If you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM150 bringing your balance to RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.
• Another example: A deposit of RM800 yields a bonus of RM500 (maximum cap), a balance of RM1,300, and a wagering requirement of RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.

Weekly cashback bonuses for VIP members are calculated based on the current membership level and credited automatically according to the set schedule. Cashback rates vary by VIP level achieved.

u9agent reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice. Specific terms of a promotion may vary and will be stated when the promotion is announced.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the u9agent platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by the respective game providers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results determined by the random number generator (RNG) system are final.
• Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved in accordance with the cancellation policy in place.
• Bets that have been confirmed cannot be cancelled by the user.
• Winnings resulting from system vulnerabilities or obvious technical errors are subject to review and may not be paid out.

For sportsbook games, the odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings. u9agent reserves the right to cancel bets accepted during a significant price disruption or system error.

• Registering multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised tools to play or bet.

Users may also voluntarily close their own account by contacting customer support. Valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and there are no outstanding disputes.

9. Responsible Gambling

• Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
